Alissa Faratro

Bio//

After noticing the lack of female representation in the music industry, particularly audio engineers, Alissa began to pursue a career in vocal production and sound engineering. Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Faratro moved to Boston where she obtained her Bachelor of Music in Music Production and Engineering at Berklee College of Music, and awarded the North American Tour Scholarship. From working at Planet Studios in Montreal to working with Grammy-nominated vocal producer Simone Torres, Alissa is excited at the opportunity of working with the Spotify EQL Residency Program at the Spotify studio in L.A. She worked with grammy-nominated artist Kelli-Leigh, emerging artist Annie Bosko, Disciples (co-wrote Calvin Harris’ “How Deep is Your Love), Melvin Moore aka OneInThe4Rest (released a single with Chris Brown called “Jiu-Jitsu”), award-winning producer Rob Lewis (musical director for Christina Aguilera) and many more.
